A mild-medium, artisan sauce made with a simple ingredients list. A base of Kiwi & Jalapeño provides a clean, tangy and fruity flavour complimented by heaps of lime juice. Heat 2/5. Our Maple Jalapeño BBQ sauce but without the smoke powder! This oops-batch is still delicious and also still has some smoky flavour via smoked salt and smoked paprika, but is missing the hickory smoke powder we usually use. That's why we are offering it to Club Maniac members at a reduced price. The syrup leftover from making our Candied Jalapeños has been used as the base for this BBQ sauce. Sticky, sweet and a lil' smoky with a hint of spice this is perfect for, well… barbecues, as well as glazing meats, adding to burgers and drowning your chips. Inspired by Korean BBQ, this sauce attempts to capture the flavour of dipping barbecued meats/vegetables into ssamjang and toasted sesame oil. We've taken classic Korean flavours like gochujang, spring onion, garlic, ginger and soybean paste but tried to make something that's more true to the Korean BBQ flavour experience. We want to give hot sauce fans the freedom to create their own experience, in line with our belief that hot sauce should be anything other than ordinary. In the process you're able to name your creation as well as upload a photo for the front of the label. We will follow your perfect recipe as closely as possible. We do not use thickeners. Just real ingredients. No extracts. --- If you have a custom sauce gift card, you can use it for anything in our shop if you don't want to wait for slots to become available 🙂 If custom sauce is out of stock, click "notify when in stock" below to be the first to know when slots become available. Goes great with: Kebabs, roasted vegetables & tagines. Tangy tomato with a savoury garlic undertone. Slightly sweet to match the punch of the spices. 3 kinds of chilli create a layered heat experience. Habaneros come on quickly, Serrano give a base heat and Ghost Peppers build and then linger.
