Spiced red cabbage can be an underappreciated part of a roast dinner even though it unites fruitiness, fragrant spices, tang and sweetness. We made Christmas sauce for leftovers sandwiches on Boxing Day... and every day in Nomansland between Christmas and the New Year. Goes great with: Turkey, wellingtons, all the trimmings. Base: Sweet red cabbage. Character: Tangy red wine, clove and Christmas spices. Available in 250ml glass bottle.
