Evolution Hot Sauce

The newest hot sauce from Da Bomb! For years Spice Lords have asked us, “Where’s Da Bomb?” We’ve only ever carried all-natural hot sauces, which meant no Da Bomb Beyond Insanity, the vile elixir feared by celebrities and guzzled by Sean Evans. When we pointed this out to the good folks who make Da Bomb hot sauces, they were more than happy to oblige our natural bent. Introducing Da Bomb Evolution! This fresh take on the hotly hyped original packs much of the same heat but with loads of flavor. Fiery red super hot scorpion peppers are balanced with hearty spices like paprika and turmeric, as well as sugar, garlic and lemon for a sauce that stops you in your tracks as much for its savory flavor as its heat. A hint of delicate herbs like cilantro and mint finish things off and leave you wanting another bite. Hot enough to light up friends at your next wing challenge, but tasty enough to amp up shrimp and grits, rotisserie chicken or oven-roasted cauliflower. The Evolution of Da Bomb is here!

The Final Answer

I have always believed that every hot sauce deserves a purpose. This one appears to have chosen violence. At 1.5 million SHU, The Final Answer is firmly in the territory where enthusiasm should be accompanied by a sensible amount of caution. This isn’t a sauce I would pour over my dinner and hope for the best. A tiny amount is enough to transform an entire dish. Use it as a heat additive when ordinary chilli sauce has stopped getting your attention. Stir a little into marinades, chilli, stews or sauces and let it do its unpleasantly impressive work. Do not drink it. Do not take a heroic spoonful for the benefit of your friends. And certainly don’t mistake the name for an invitation to find out what happens when you ignore the instructions. Some questions are better left unanswered.
Scorpion Garlic Salsa

Garlic and Scorpion chilli. One is extremely useful at dinner. The other has rather different intentions. This smooth, cantina-style salsa has a savoury garlic character running through it, but the Scorpion pepper is very much waiting for its turn. The result is rich and punchy, with a serious chilli bite that builds beyond the first taste. I’d put this to work with tacos, burritos, nachos and grilled meats, although a bowl of tortilla chips would probably disappear rather quickly too. The garlic makes it feel substantial enough to use with proper food rather than treating it as a novelty heat source. Smooth, savoury and decidedly hot. The sort of salsa that makes you reach for another chip while quietly questioning your judgement.

Super hot without extract? That’s the new Da’ Bomb Ghost Pepper Sauce from Original Juan.
Green Habanero Salsa Verde
No ratings yet
Green chilli with a little more attitude than your average salsa verde. Green jalapeños bring the fresh peppery character, while green habaneros push the heat considerably further. Lime cuts through with a bright acidity that keeps the whole thing lively rather than heavy. I’d happily put this on tacos, nachos, eggs or grilled chicken, but it would also make short work of a bowl of tortilla chips. The fresh green flavour makes it dangerously easy to keep going back for another spoonful. A proper salsa verde with habanero hiding in the bushes. Approach with enthusiasm. Perhaps not recklessness.
Ground Zero

For many years, I’ve eaten hot sauce. For just as long, I’ve heard brands claim theirs is the hottest. Some deserved the boast. Others were merely optimistic. Then along came Da’ Bomb Ground Zero. Look at the thing. It sits there in its tiny medicine bottle, looking almost respectable. Almost. Do not be fooled. I’ve tried plenty of vicious sauces over the years. This one ranks among the nastiest I’ve encountered. One taste delivers an immediate, aggressive blast of heat that refuses to be ignored. The bottle states 321,900 Scoville Units. I can’t personally verify that figure, but I can tell you how it feels. Bloody hot. Habanero, pineapple and pepper extract give Ground Zero its formidable punch. There’s also some sweetness and tang underneath the fire, although your tongue may need a moment to notice. This is not an everyday drizzle. Treat it with considerable respect. Start with one drop and see how you fare. And for heaven’s sake, don’t let Leo anywhere near the bottle with a tablespoon.
Beyond Insanity

DA BOMB Beyond Insanity is the hot sauce that everyone dares to try—once. Known as "The Hot Sauce that Everyone Loves to Hate," this infamous bottle is about pure, unrelenting heat. Featured on the First We Feast series Hot Ones, DA BOMB Beyond Insanity has earned its reputation for being the sauce that brings even the toughest to their knees. This is not your everyday hot sauce. With a Scoville rating of 135,600, it packs a punch that feels far beyond its number, thanks to the use of pure pepper extract. DA BOMB delivers a level of heat that goes beyond insane—it’s an experience, a rite of passage for those bold enough to face it. Not for the faint of heart, this is a must-try for thrill-seekers and spice adventurers who want to tick it off their list. Heat Level: Extra Hot *WARNING* Consume one drop at a time.
