We make our hot BBQ sauce using a traditional ‘Deep South’ recipe, but with just the right amount of Scotch Bonnet chilli for a tangy twist, without overwhelming the flavour. This means it’s the real deal. La Barbacoa is perfect as a marinade and equally amazing when added as a sauce in dishes or a dip for chips and wedges. La Barbacoa is packaged in a 250ml glass bottle and contains no artificial preservatives or ingredients. Ingredients: Tomato paste 38%, White wine vinegar (sulphites) 22%, Onion 11%, Garlic 11%, Chilli 5%, Worcester Sauce 3%, Molasses 3%, Corn Oil 3%, Mustard 2%, Brown Sugar 1%, Smoked Paprika 1%, Salt.
