TABASCO® with the volume turned down on the vinegar and up on the smoke. Chipotle peppers give this a deeper, richer character than the Original, with a gentle sweetness underneath the smoky chilli. Garlic, onion and spices add a little extra savoury depth, while the familiar TABASCO® tang keeps everything from becoming too heavy. I particularly like this when there’s something grilled involved. Chicken, burgers, ribs and roasted vegetables are obvious candidates, but it’s equally at home in marinades, dips and sauces. A few dashes in a smoky cocktail wouldn’t go amiss either. It’s still recognisably TABASCO®. Just darker, warmer and considerably more interested in hanging around for dinner.
