White Mausu Black Bean Rayu

White Mausu Black Bean Rayu is a delicious crispy chili oil with fermented black beans. Those beans give it a lovely funky flavor, but most importantly they add tons of depth. Especially combined with the star anise and cinnamon, the beans really come into their own. All in all, it’s a flavor explosion of savory, umami, salt and a touch of sweetness. You can use it on pretty much everything, but we think it’s absolutely best on rice and noodle dishes. Origin: Galway, Ireland Content: 240 g
