Tubby Tom’s Squealer – Smokey Scotch Bonnet Hot Sauce

This is a sauce with considerably more going on than its rather innocent appearance might suggest. Scotch Bonnets bring fruity warmth, while tomato, garlic and smoked paprika create a rich, savoury backbone. The result sits somewhere between a traditional hot sauce and a rather mischievous tomato condiment. That makes Squealer exceptionally versatile. Keep it beside the breakfast plate, use it as a dip, glaze chicken or pour it over something straight from the grill. And if dessert somehow enters the conversation, I won’t judge you…..
