Wild Sauce Co Sweet Shiso Hot Sauce is a unique Belgian hot sauce. Experimental as they say themselves, because it’s a pretty runny sauce with a fermented flavour of citrusy Aji peppers, Korean ‘cheong’ syrup made from yuzu lemons and the herbaceous notes of red shiso leaves. Shiso is a Japanese culinary herb from the perilla plant. The taste & aroma is unique and not that easy to describe. A combination of warm spices (like cumin & anise), basil and citrus. They grow the red variety themselves at Het Zonneveld. Super tasty with salads, rice and noodle dishes, curries and much more! Origin: Kalmthout, Belgium Content: 100 ml
