Roze Bunker Madame Ginger Syrup

Roze Bunker Madame Ginger Syrup is a really special product, for several reasons. It’s made with rescued (rejected) ginger and local Madame Jeanette peppers, which is fantastic for the Dutch food chain. Plus, it’s extra warming thanks to the clove and turmeric, while being nicely balanced by lime leaf and fresh citrus. But what can you do with this Madame Ginger syrup? You can make spicy soft drinks with it, or a spicy cocktail! For this, use a ratio of 1:8. Our favorite is a twist on a Dark & Stormy cocktail, but with this syrup.
