The sauces' flavour begins with a palette cleansing of cucumber flowing into intense flavours of black pepper, Guyanese thyme and mango, finishing with the Pat & Pinky's signature wiri wiri chilli kick. This sauce is lip-smackingly delicious and is accessible to chilli lovers of all heat levels due to its milder heat level. Ingredients: Water, Cucumber, Chilli (Wiri Wiri, Tiger Teeth) (6.6%), Green Mango, Red Pepper, Mustard Powder, Lime Juice, Spring Onion, Tomato Paste, Onion, Garlic, Thyme, Ginger, Salt, Celery, Brown Sugar, Cornflour, Acetic Acid, Black Pepper, Turmeric.
