Mama Yu’s Curry Chilli Oil is a tribute to the Malaysian roots of Mama Yu, founded by mother-daughter duo Jolene and Xien. The already rich flavour of the chilli oil is combined with curry powder and fresh curry leaves for a true taste sensation. As if that wasn’t enough, they’ve also used lemongrass, ginger and tomato. It’s a less crunchy chilli oil than you might be used to, but the flavour is seriously next level.
