Meet Kaixo Hot Sauce – Per de Man x Heatsupply! Literally, because ‘kaixo’ (kai-sho) means ‘hello’ in the Basque language. It’s no coincidence that we chose the Basque language for this sauce – this hot sauce is inspired by the culinary journey we made through the Basque Country for The Foodshow. We went in search of the flavours of this incredible culinary region and discovered they keep things simple, yet refined. Few ingredients, but all of the highest quality. And that’s exactly what you get in this bottle! The finest apple cider vinegar from cider maker Zapiain in San Sebastian, super flavourful Espelette peppers, bell peppers inspired by the legendary dish at Casa Julian, smoked onion & garlic, olive oil and Basque salt. The Basque Country in a bottle, or as we like to describe it ourselves: Big Basque flavours, gentle Espelette heat. You’ll want to be quick though, because only 761 bottles have been made. Completely by hand, by Per de Man himself. Batch #3 is expected around November/December 2026. Origin: Netherlands Contents: 150 ml
