Hott Pickle Juice Buffalo Sauce

I was deeply suspicious of this sauce at first. Pickle juice and buffalo sauce sounds like something invented during a kitchen breakdown. Yet somehow it works magnificently. The buttery buffalo base brings that familiar creamy cayenne warmth, while the pickle juice cuts through with a sharp tang that keeps everything lively. Garlic rounds it all off beautifully without bullying the other flavours into submission. This belongs on wings. Obviously. But I also discovered it performs miracles on fried chicken burgers, loaded chips and pizza crusts that would otherwise die lonely and uneaten. Frankly addictive and dangerously easy to demolish.
