Past its Best Before date 09/02/2026 and priced to match. The heat has not vanished into the night; it may simply have eased back a notch from its original peak. Still perfectly sound, still properly fiery. Hot-Headz sauces are good stuff and this Cayenne sauce is no exception. Complex flavour, perfect for use as a marination, grilling, stir-frying, etc. Mild enough to be enjoyed by everyone as table condiment.
