Hot-Chip Volcano Hot Sauce – Honey Chilli Mustard

I have long maintained that mustard improves dramatically once chilli enters the conversation. This sauce proves the point. Sharp mustard bite, gentle honey sweetness, and a slow Naga Bhut warmth that behaves impeccably.
