Their original version of this incredible Hot Jam had Tequila in it – but they found the smoky stronger flavours of the Mexican spirit Mezcal complimented the Jalapeño’s better, so they switched it up.. Ingredients; Jalapeño, fresh Lime, Mezcal, Sugar, Cider Vinegar, Pectin, Salt, Lime Zest Packed with big Jalapeño flavours, a fresh citrus bite to balance the sweetness and a shot of Mezcal to round off the flavours.
