Don Cabron Honey Chili Crisp (Macha Miel) is like a Mexican crispy chili oil, but with honey instead of sunflower oil. They’ve also added cranberries, cashew nuts, and sesame seeds for some crunch, but definitely also for a deliciously balanced flavor. It’s sweet, but savory too. A splash of apple cider vinegar finally adds a slight sour note.
