Sicilian Scorpion Hot Sauce
No ratings yet
One of Sean Evans’ favorite sauce makers, Queen Majesty’s Erica Diehl is truly an impressive taste maker in the New York City food scene. Erica designs her own labels and DJs under the Queen Majesty moniker. Scorpion peppers are notoriously some of the hottest in the world. Combine that tear-inducing heat with Southern Italy-inspired produce and spices, and you have Sicilian Scorpion... buon appetito!
Morita Mesquite
No ratings yet
A limited edition sauce from Queen Majesty, it finds a sweet spot in between hot sauce and BBQ sauce. Chipotle Morita peppers (lightly smoked, ripe, red jalapeños) bring the smoky flavor, and dried mesquite adds a subtle nuttiness. Unlike many BBQ sauces, there is no added processed sugar, but dates and tomato provide natural sweetness. Heat Level: Medium Ingredients: White Vinegar, Chipotle Morita Peppers, Sweet Onions, Fresh Tomato Purée, Garlic, Dates, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Dried Mesquite, Orange Zest, Salt & Spices. Sodium: 50 mg 5 oz
Manzano Serrano LIMITED EDITION

This bottle has a best before date of 30th June 2026, which means I have cheerfully taken 25% off the price rather than letting it gather dust in the laboratory. Before you clutch your pearls, a best before date is about quality, not safety. The sauce remains perfectly good to enjoy. At worst, a few of those bright citrus notes may have mellowed their enthusiasm. At best, you’ve just acquired a limited-edition hot sauce at a price that would make even my accountant crack a smile. I have always had a soft spot for sauces that know when not to punch you in the face with heat. This limited-edition offering from Queen Majesty takes a more refined approach. The Manzano and Serrano peppers bring a gentle warmth, while bright citrus notes keep everything fresh, crisp and dangerously easy to pour. Rather than overpowering your food, this sauce slips alongside it and quietly makes everything taste better. I found it particularly splendid with grilled prawns, fish tacos and oysters, but it also works wonders drizzled over salads, avocado dishes and ceviche. If your usual hot sauce habit involves setting fire to your taste buds, this may come as a pleasant surprise. Elegant, refreshing and packed with flavour.

Queen Majesty Scotch Bonnet & Ginger Hot Sauce has a vibrant flavor and a slow-burning heat. The brightness of the ginger and lemon work perfectly to spice up soups and curries or mix a little with honey and use for sweet potatoes or wings. This surprisingly versatile sauce can be added to all of your favorite dishes. 🍛🍜🍣 Tasting notes: Warm, bright & zesty ! 🔥HOT ONES SEASON 4 🔥 Made in New York, USA
Red Habanero & Black Coffee Hot Sauce
No ratings yet
Best before date: 28.09.2025 Queen Majesty Red Habanero & Black Coffee hot sauce combines an exciting flavor with a sensational heat. We use more than twice the amount of hot peppers than in our Scotch Bonnet & Ginger Sauce. There won't be an overwhelming coffee flavor but what it does add is a nice smoky darkness that stands up to the intense flavor of the red habaneros. This sauce works great with rich foods like pasta and pizza. Try mixing it with ketchup or mayo for fries and burgers. Our preference is to put it on everything. 🥙🌯🍕 Tasting notes: Spicy, rich & versatile! 🔥 HOT ONES SEASON 3 🔥 Made in Queens, New York, USA
Jalapeno Tequila & Lime
No ratings yet
Fresh Jalapeño gives this sauce a distinctly Baja zing, amplified by the clear flavors of white tequila & plenty of lime juice. What takes this sauce to the next level is the sweet/tart flavor that comes from the green apple. Try it with seafood dishes, or to punch-up a margarita.
